wiki wiki post -really fast, (if I remember my Hawaiian correctly)

an easy lunch...ny times no knead bread, local fresh tomatoes, gruyere, coarse salt and fresh pepper...broil...et voila
forgive me my flour covered table...

first of all what is the ny times fast bread? and where can I get the recipe it looks delicious. I love this meal, it is similar to my current favorite which is swiss grilled cheese with sauteed red onion and caro rich tomato fresh from the garden! YUM! I think tomorrow I will try gruyere!

yum. Check out nytimes.com and search no knead bread or mark bittman's bread and there you have it....you can probably just google it too... so easy and so yummy. I love swiss with my tomato too.
