Read about it on CRAFT
I know this sauce has a cult like following. I am a card carrying member. I can conjure the taste of it in my mouth right now and I haven't had it in days. I put it on everything. Matt has raised his eyebrows at me while watching me splatter it on eggs, macaroni and cheese, rice and beans, stir fries etc. So, while I am not a huge fan of kitsch as decor, a hand embroidered Sriracha label framed in my kitchen would make me very happy. Maybe this is a summer project for me...

That would be very cool. I think I'll make that for Chris. I raise my eyebrows at him for putting that stuff on everything. It is good though. I can't argue that. :)
Before I was pregnant I could not handle any hot sauce type product, then I couldn't get enough, I would dump it in my pho and everything else! Josh was so excited because that is out at every meal at our house as well!
The embroidery is really cool!
I love hearing pregnant food stories. One of my favorite splurges when I was pregnant with Ez was an Athens, Ohio pizzeria's "Yellow Mountain Spotted Fever", which was: hot pepper rings, roasted garlic, chicken and pineapple. Sounds strange but man it hit the spot. That and I once at a whole peach pie, in one day, accidentally on purpose, which explains why people thought I was having twins, and why I did not go to my high school reunion, and maybe why I herniated a disc. I gained 40 lb. which is borderline I guess. My doctors were not concerned at all but I was, though I kept eating. You didn't look so big...
And now here's another use for it. Thank you Martha Stewart! http://everydayfoodblog.marthastewart.com/2010/02/homemade-cold-remedy.html
